The video below demonstrates the live trace tool in Illustrator CS6. If you already have an image that you want cut use this guide to convert it so that it is compatible with the laser software. Follow the guide exactly!
Just to recap here's a checklist to make sure you've done everything:-
- Ensure you have saved the image as an outline.
- The file must not be larger than 640mm x 350mm (the smaller the better)
- Save your file as an Abobe Illustration document (.ai)
- When saving ensure that the use compression box is unticked.
